Seriously - how deep does this mess run?
Patitapaban Panda endured in Misra’s chamber believing that legal careers are made by patronage. Looking back, he said he had been “exploited like anything.”— The Caravan (@thecaravanindia) July 30, 2018
Atul Dev writes in the July cover story: https://t.co/VwPiAzlQPB pic.twitter.com/0AIXoADMVz
" the gravity of Misra’s situation is of a different order altogether—no other CJI or Supreme Court justice has ever been indicted for fraud in a judicial order. His rise in the court despite this record was a frightening omen; much of what it portended has come to pass since he secured the highest judicial office in the republic."
Mother of God! what is this?!.
This is was in GoI's own records and background checks failed to discover it.
Shaking my head here...

This mess runs fairly deep. It's incredibly disturbing to hear lawyers who have pgraduated from elite law schools in India and abroad arguing for setting up concentration and forced labour camps in Assam. Worse supported by peiple who were refugees once, I.e, Parsis. Some thing has gone fundamentally wrong with India. Has resource competition in India reached such levels or is it plain tribalism.
I don't know but this NRC thing is going to result in another Nellie.
